After receiving his education at the Jean Ferrandi school of culinary arts in Paris, Yves Terrillon started his cooking career at various Michelin starred restaurants in Paris,. Bordeaux,. Strasbourg and in other parts of the French provinces.
In 2012, inspired by the scent and flavors of the Grasse area, he left the Paris area and opened his own restaurant "L'Amphitryon' in Grasse.
He started to work with the flowers of the Grasse region, incorporating them in his cuisine, which had become already very particular and personal.
Upon a great demand, he started with offering masterclasses. based upon and inspired by all the Grasse area has to offer in edible flowers, plants and scents, thus creating La Cuisine Des Fleurs.
His taste and cooking style are of a great refinement, finesse and originality and change along with the seasons.
Every month and every season has its own flower: for example. the rose of Grasse dominates the spring time, the violet, who can be found in abundance at the hills of Tourettes sur Loup between November and March or the Jasmin which can be found in dishes during the fall.
A catering service complement chef Terrillon's activities, and he can count among his faithful clientèle many of the Grassois perfume industry celebrities.

In our atelier in Antibes, la Cuisine des Fleurs offers cooking master classes throughout the year for private individuals and groups alike. We can acoomodate groups from 6 to 25 people in the atelier in Antibes.
Everyone participates during the courses in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. All lessons are followed by the best part: tasting what you have cooked together with the other participants during a pleasant diner.
La Cuisine Des Fleurs is also able to receive groups of up to 40 persons for cooking demonstrations after which the participants taste what the chef has prepared.
